Nose filler necrosis - Should I be worried? (photo)

Probably ok but you should definitely contact your surgeon or whoever did the injection. Only your injector knows exactly what was done and where it was placed.

Your photo is difficult to interpret - there appears to be a raised red stripe traveling down the center of your nose if your photo is an up-close nasal photo. Whenever you have concerns about necrosis and a temporary gel filler treatment, it is always best to be seen by your doctor for prompt evaluation and management. Wishing you well moving forward. Hellow Ahmedgamal, judging by your question and photo it is likely that one of the many injections compressed a small blood vessel that runs in that area or hurt a vessel hence the redness and swelling. It is best you return to your injector or seek a new expert opinion, you might need to take some aspirin, start warm compresses, reversal of the filler with Hyaluronidase and possibly start some antibiotics.
