Hello chloechloen, thank you for your question. Can you be more specific with your question? Specifically what surgery did you have 6 years ago? what do you mean by implant? Do you have silicone implant in your nose? if so where is it? injecting soft tissue fillers can be tricky especially if the risk of infection can seed the implant and cause it to get infected. Fillers in the lower portion of your nose around the nostrils are also difficult due to the thinness of the skin and the higher risk of injuring vessels causing a compromise in the blood flow. Fillers in the nasal bridge as generally better tolerated, they can camouflage the bridge but if there is an implant there i would proceed cautiously.
