Hello, I'm looking to get the tip of my nose lifted (non-surgical) Is it possible to get it lifted similar to the second image? & If I were to get it lifted surgical method, what would it cost for just a tip lift? Average ~~ Tips and advice would be highly appreciated.
Answer: You may be a better candidate for a rhinoplasty surgery. In general, if somebody has a large dorsal hump and a droopy nasal tip appearance, rhinoplasty surgery may be the procedure of choice. I hope this is helpful, and thank you for this question. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

Answer: Non Surgical Nosejob Candidate-- with Fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm), Botox/Xeomin/Dysport I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) along with Botox can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose and lift the tip. Surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Volumizing Fillers (& Botox) Can Work Well For A Nonsurgical Nose Tip Elevation Frankly, the kind of tip of the nose elevation you are looking for nonsurgically is not only possible, but I have personally have been performing it for over fifteen years. A small amount of a volumizing filler injected at the base of the columella where it joins the upper lip is ordinarily enough to achieve the desired result. In my Manhattan office, I typically use Restylane Lyft for this purpose. In my Israel satellite facility, where a far greater number of regulatory agency approved products are available, I would opt for Hyabell Deep. Further upward pull on the tip can be achieved by adding some filler to the bridge area to straighten it. The whole procedure should take literally a minute or two to perform in experienced hands. Occasionally, two tiny droplets of Botox placed on either side of the base of the columella can help to supplement and reinforce the above treatment. Make sure to consult with a board certified aesthetic physician and ask to see his/her personal before and after photos before agreeing to proceed.Best of luck.

Answer: Non Surgical Nose Tip Lift Yes, it is possible to get a non surgical nose tip lift. A dermal filler, such as the calcium hydroxyapatite Radiesse, can be injected to alter the shape of a nose tip. This kind of procedure is sometimes referred to as the "15-minute nose job", and is typically low risk and much lower priced that a surgical nose job. A non-surgical rhinoplasty can cost less than $1,000, whereas a surgical rhinoplasty can cost over $8,500. I have included a link below with more information on the non-surgical nose job.

Answer: Non surgical nose job Good afternoon and thank you for your inquiry. Yes, it is possible to improve the shape of the nose and lift a little bit the tip using dermal fillers. I usually use Juvederm Voluma in my practice and the cost is $800 per syringe (you may need 1- 2), keep in mind the effect is temporal (around 2 years). You can also consider surgery, the cost is higher, is an invasive procedure but with permanent results, the average price is around $8000. Good luck!
