I'm in the NYC area and had gynecomastia surgery more than 10 yrs ago. Prior to the surgery my nipples were pretty flat/slightly inverted. I'm now interested in getting surgery to make my nipples more pronounced (i've seen a star technique and cartilage option out there). I'm already set on doing it and interested in doing this before the end of the year. What are the best options today that can last the rest of my life? What are the costs? How long is the recovery?

Hi there, this is stage one inverted nipples, the mid line split is often present. Most likely there are some scar bands that represent blocked milk ducts. Unfortunately it is impossible to know whether you will be able to breast feed but there is a chance you might. Best wishes
