I am about 10 months post-op, and right out of surgery I noticed my nostrils were asymmetrical. Now I am just noticing that it looks like the right side of my nose looks slightly collapsed. I can feel something protruding out when I stick my finger in my nostril and my breathing isn't as clear as it used to be. Is it possibly that side collapsed?

It is almost certain that you have increased the amount of swelling following your surgery. This may slow your recovery but is unlikely to have done any significant damage. Go and see your surgeon.
