Nasal implant (gore tex) extrusion, will it happen again with the revision? (photos)

philippines45
I do have a small nose. I wanted to enhance the bridge of my nose, lengthen the tip, and trim the alar. So i decided to do a rhinoplasty. The doctor put goretex from bridge to tip and trimmed my alar. During my check up, the doctor noticed a redness. Which was probably a sign of extrusion. My doctor decided to remove the implant and let my nose heal first. Im worried if he puts i back, there will be extrusion again. But he says he will put cartilage on the tip next time.
