As a rule facelift surgery is meant to address vertical vectors and the midface compartment. At this stage you have 3 options:1. Surgical: endoscopic midface lift with the bioabsorbable Endotine device.2. Volumising agents: high viscosity hyaluronic acid and biostimulatory fillers are good non invasive options but they are not as powerful as surgery.3. Silhoutte Soft threads: the new generation of biostimulatory threads as a minimally invasive option targeting the midface/zygoma. They are not yet available in the the USA.

If you are looking for a natural look, then I would advise you to improve the volume in your cheeks with Sculptra.  Sculptra works by stimulating your body to make it's own collagen.  It would be a gradual process and you will see the improvement as you go through the series of treatments.  Fat grafting is a long term option.  I would be a little bit surprised that the surgeon who performed the facelift did not go over these options with you.  The reason why I advise you against a cheek lift is because you need volume.  By adding volume, this will lift and fill, which will help with decreasing the prominence of you tear trough and frown areas.  I would also advise you against any type of hyaluronic acid like Juvederm, Restylane, Voluma, etc, because of the risk of looking swollen, weird and not natural.   It would be best to find a board certified plastic surgeon, who will give you both surgical and nonsurgical options.  Good luck!
