Absolutely! There is no contraindication with acne meds and microneedling. You are also on a very low strength doxycycline. The only recommendation I give patients with acne is to make sure that your acne is well controlled before you start microneedling so you can really reap the benefits of the treatment. From looking at your picture it looks like your acne is under control so I say you are good to go. I would also recommend you do the microneedling with PRP so you get even better results! Just make sure you are treated by a highly trained and experienced provider!
You can proceed with microneedling while using Doryx and Finacea. I'd recommend seeing an expert who can advise you on a cohesive treatment approach including microneedling, PRP, TCA and topical skin care.
