After doing liposuction on any area, residual swelling is present and may fluctuate during the recovery part. Two weeks out is still on the early stages and it is possible to have what you are describing.

erzfdjf. I appreciate your concern, but it is still early in your postoperative course. It appears to be normal scar formation underneath the skin and should resolve with time. At this time I recommend mild massage of the region and follow up with your plastic surgeon. Best of luck.
It is not uncommon to have some lumps in the early recovery period. Often this is related to swelling and will improve with time. Follow with your doc to be sure to see if they want you to massage or doing anything else. Good luck.
