Can a BBL and mommy makeover cause a TIA four weeks later?

I had liposuction and BBL (along with mini tummy tuck and breast lift). Four weeks later, I exhibited all the signs of a transient ischemic attack (TIA). I was dizzy, had a headache, my whole body felt numb, and I was very, very confused. It came on suddenly. My husband took me to the emergency room and while I was in the examine room, it all suddenly cleared. Is it possible that this was caused by the fat transfer involved with BBL?

Any wound management postoperatively is the responsibility of your surgeon. I personally cannot see any benefit in putting hyaluronic acid on a healing scar. Conversely I don't see any harm.
