Can Lipomas cause blood clots and can i have plastic surgery to remove them?

I seem to have lipomas (self diagnosed google search( on my thighs, they feel hard as if i have a ball of fat under my skin , my question i want to have plastic surgery can this fat balls cause me to get blood clots?

You really need to seek a consultation to determine whether these lumps are lipomas or something more concerning. Lipomas can be removed. They don't directly cause blood clots. However, surgery to remove them under deep sedation or general anesthesia can result in blood clots forming in your legs. This is a risk of every surgical procedure.
