Absolutely!  This is always my recommendation.  Just make sure that it is a cotton, tight-fitting T-shirt or vest so that it helps with smooth even compression.

Your concern is not uncommon. Liposuction or other forms of direct fat excision is a permanent reduction in the number of fat cells and tissue in an area so it would be extremely unlikely to recur in that area even with mild weight gain. If you are planning more children you may be wise to wait...

No, this isn't true. It is true that you will have swelling after liposuction which can last 3-6 months. I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling.  I also recommend adding coolsculpting/vanquish for further fat removal, ...
