I am two weeks post-op from stomach/flank lipo with ab sculpting. I have been wearing my compression garment and corset faithfully but over the last couple of days the compression garment has been itchy and I was wondering if it would have any negative effect to wear a t-shirt between my body and the compression garment,

Your concern is not uncommon. Liposuction or other forms of direct fat excision is a permanent reduction in the number of fat cells and tissue in an area so it would be extremely unlikely to recur in that area even with mild weight gain. If you are planning more children you may be wise to wait...
