Thank you for your question. Removal of excess fat and contouring of the bra-roll area is performed using liposuction. Excess fat is removed to create a smooth contour between your back, waist, hips and thighs.
Bra rolls are a common complaint and can be treated with liposuction. I recommend a hi-definition procedure. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermiRF, ultrasound and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, and contouring. HD contouring is much more complex, defining and can give the best in skin tightening, cellulite reduction, and body shaping. I suggest a consult with a hi-def physique liposuction expert. This is a common complaint I see in my practice. Without a photo it isn't possible to judge your situation accurately but bulges in the back braline area can be attributed to fat and/or loose skin. This can be caused by a combination of genetics, past weight gain/loss, and loss of skin elasticity over time. Many of my patients who are in good shape have this complaint and for those patients, the bulges are attributed to loose skin. The only way to streamline that area for those women is with a braline back lift. Liposuction can be combined with this if there is enough subcutaneous fat in that area as well.I always recommend seeing board certified Plastic Surgeons in your area to confirm these recommendations. Good luck to you.
Thanks for this question. Bra rolls are extremely common in today's society and can often be treated with liposuction. Fatty rolls can be isolated, but often are a reflection of the overall BMI and body habitus with the Western diet. Excessive skin laxity could be due to weight loss or genetic condidtions such as Cutis Laxa, Ehlers-Danlos and others. I suggest you seek the opinion of a professional for an appropriate diagnosis. No, this isn't true. It is true that you will have swelling after liposuction which can last 3-6 months. I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. I also recommend adding coolsculpting/vanquish for further fat removal, ...

It is still too soon to tell. You most likely still have some swelling in addition to scar tissue and it can take 6-12 months to resolve. I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen along with your compression and massage to help decrease swelling. Rooling with foam roller or doing fascial blaster re...
Thank you for asking about your calf liposuction. The pain varies from aching to severe muscle spasm. The muscle spasm improves if you stand up and get your feet flat on the ground - this stretches the muscle. The real issue after calf liposuction is swelling -Be sure you have good compression hose...
I believe it refers to getting the waist as small as possible through surgery and getting the best waist to hip ratio.
Shower with compression garment. No you may not shower with your compression garment on. However before taking off I would check with your plastic surgeon. Showering instructions are usually included in your postop instructions.
