Getting fillers while on antibiotics is not an issue.  In general if you have active acne lesions on the face especially of the pustular type Fillers are not suggested. Obviously being  on the lips makes it possible to have filler injections.

Certain antibiotics for acne will make you more sensitive to the sun, so always remember to wear sunscreen on your face and lips, as sun exposure also has a tendency to break down the filler product more quickly.
