Can I get lip fillers while taking antibiotics for acne?

Getting fillers while on antibiotics is not an issue.  In general if you have active acne lesions on the face especially of the pustular type Fillers are not suggested. Obviously being  on the lips makes it possible to have filler injections. 

There should be no increased risk of adverse reactions during or after lip injections while on oral antibiotics for the treatment of acne.

You most definitely can have filler injections while on antibiotics for acne.  In fact, one of the benefits of fillers is that they can be used to lift deep "ice pick" acne scars.  
Many acne patients take antibiotics long term.  There is no reason to deny filler injections whether for lip enhancement, wrinkles, folds, or for scar improvement.  Good luck !
