So a while ago I went and got really bad lip fillers. My injector now told me that it’s basically so deep in my lips it doesn’t really dissolve so instead of going in she goes around (if that makes sense). Now I have a goal in mind- and was wondering if it’s possible to inject more to get to this goal or just overall? Like is just shape that’s impossible to get?

Answer: Lip filler It appears from the picture that your bottom lip has filler into the actual cutaneous portion of the lip rather than being confined to the vermilion (red lip). I am confused why this cannot be dissolved. If this was an HA filler, it should be able to be dissolved. If it is a more permanent filler then there no dissolving capability. If it cannot be dissolved, one option is to attempt surgical excision. I think that in order to get the look they you are trying to achieve, you will first need to remove the misplaced filler
