SarahI am sorry you are having these issues, however if you still feel that there is filler that is causing problems it can be further dissolved and then filler can be replaced in a better position to provide a more natural result. From your photograph, it appears that you have a pretty smile and physical examination would be needed to further evaluate your particular needs. Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  You could pursue additional dissolving of product along the pale upper lip skin or along the vermillion border to restore a more natural look.  Hope this helps.

If you have already had the filler dissolved, I would recommend seeing another injector for a second evaluation and opinion. Based on your pictures, it looks like some filler has either migrated beyond the border of the lip or was incorrectly placed there. I would recommend completely dissolving any remaining filler with an experienced injector and then, if you desire, rebuilding the lip (I use fillers such as Belotero, Juvederm, and Kysse for this area). Start slowly with 1/2 or 1 syringe per visit to avoid overfilling - as you now know, it's easy to add, but difficult to take away.
