I usually get Juvederm Ultra Plus but I think it has given me a bit of a bump in my lip over time so I wanted to try something else possibly comparable but maybe slightly less thick?
Answer: VERSA versus JUVEDERM for the lips there are many good options, versa is smoother and lasts a little less time In most active people I find. I like the feeling of versa better, but vollure the most. I suggest daily hydration and plumping (see link to emeragecosmetics.com lip essentials kit which helps maitain the look of your lip after fillers) where we do free skincare consults daily. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Lip filler The skill of the injector - as well as the product used - can cause the feeling of a "bump" in the lip. Depending on the product, you should be able to smooth out any bumps you feel after injection. I often use Belotero and Kysse (a newer filler on the market). Both can be used to create a smooth and natural result.

Answer: Best lip filler Hello to maddandrews in Ohio (where I was born!):There are a numbers of fillers that are great for the lips, and the choice depends upon one’s lip anatomy and the goals of treatment. Beletero and RestylaneRefyne are very smooth and give great results when the lips don’t need to be modified structurally. Juvéderm ultra will provide a bit more volume but with a bit of swelling, and Ultra plus is more likely to swell and be lumpy. Restylane can be placed along the wet/dry border that rests on the teeth to tune the lips outward and up, which is especially helpful in thin lips. My new favorite is the newest filler, Restylane Kysse, which was developed specifically for lips and seems to work well both for a smooth result without swelling and good volume and structural support. I would give Kysse a try.Goodbye from NYC!Sheryl Clark MD FAAD

Answer: An excellent lip filler Versa is an excellent filler for lip augmentation, however not every patient is the appropriate candidate for this particular dermal filler. It is certainly softer than Juvederm Ultra Plus, however in our experience and the techniques we use, one should not be left with any significant bumps in the lip regardless of a high quality filler used.
