How can I fix my top lip projection? (photos)

I have had 3ml of lip filler over almost a year. I am now concerned about my top lip projection, I feel like it's starting to look "ducky". Has the filler been injected incorrectly or has it migrated? Will I have to get it dissolved?

reverse the filler on the top lip and start over.  
lip fillers and lift will not help the corners of your mouth, that needs botox, threads or a lip corner lift.  sometimes an early face/neck lift helps. accutite can be a non invasive alternative. I would use daily hydration and plumping (see emeragecosmetics.com lip essentials kit).  everyone can do a little filler when done well really gives nice hydration and plumping.  Best, Dr. Emer.

One filler does not fit all and a lot of variables should be taken into consideration. Depending on when you had your lips injected and which filler was used, it could either be completely dissolved and start anew or the asymmetry gently corrected, although I would favor the first option. For the best projection and upper lift lift we favor subvermillion filler placement - research if anyone in your area is skilled in the Julie Horne technique lip filler placement.

Hello and thanks for your question. yes there is some evidence of migration above the top lip. Your options are to leave this to settle and go on its own or think about dissolving your lips. Bear in mind if you do dissolve your lips they will go back to their natural state. Always seek a qualified and experienced practitioner, best wishes
