How can I fix my top lip projection? (photos)

I have had 3ml of lip filler over almost a year. I am now concerned about my top lip projection, I feel like it's starting to look "ducky". Has the filler been injected incorrectly or has it migrated? Will I have to get it dissolved?

Your surgeon has done an admirable job. Likely you are holding on to previous feelings from earlier. From an outsider's perspective, you look really good. Fillers are the only option if you want to go for "perfect", but they are temporary and costly for someone your age.

SarahI am sorry you are having these issues, however if you still feel that there is filler that is causing problems it can be further dissolved and then filler can be replaced in a better position to provide a more natural result. From your photograph, it appears that you have a pretty smile ...

There are many good options, versa is smoother and lasts a little less time In most active people I find. I like the feeling of versa better, but vollure the most. Hi @Gorgeous681325! Getting lip fillers will not affect your lab or imaging tests, but the safety of receiving filler treatments while pregnant is not well known. Thus, I would avoid dermal fillers and Botox while pregnant or breastfeeding. Best of luck to you, Dr. Nima!
