I was under the impression that Botox would lift my eyebrows. Instead they dropped drastically I could barely see over my eyelid. I have hooded eyes and the Botox made it much worse. Yes, the sole purpose of the Botox was to get rid of my fine lines, but I thought I could kill 2 birds w/ 1 stone. My PS claims that because my brows are sitting on a bone there is no way I'll be able to do anything about this. Any suggestions ?

Answer: Non-surgical brow lift The only 2 ways to lift the brows without surgery is to use Botox below the brow (2mm typical) and not in the forehead as well as filler along the orbital bone or in the temples if hollow. Ultimately a brow lift result cannot be replicated without surgery, but you should have some improvement with Botox and fillers.

Answer: Botox Hello and thank you for your question. The best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation. Sometimes careful injection of botox into the orbicularis muscle (not the forehead) can help elevate the brow a little. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G.
