What's better for large, oily pores -- Laser Genesis or Clear and Brilliant?

My first suggestion would be for you to have your skin evaluated by a dermatologist. If your pores are truly "oily", you may benefit from something such as Accutane. Then, depending on what the doctor says, schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to be examined in person and discuss laser options. Hard to give you advise without actually seeing your skin. 

The best thing would be a course of Accutane.... by far! Because it's actually going to be a long-term cure if you do it correctly. These others may help temporarily. "This answer has been solicited without seeing this patient and
