At almost 50 years old, I had no experience with neuromodulators. However, through the good fortune of meeting Dr. Peredo, I built a wonderful rapport and trust with her on a professional level. She convinced me to let her inject me with Daxxify, a product I did know a lot about but was apprehensive...I'd waited this long! However, with Dr. Peredo's incredible skill and gentle hand and my strong belief in Daxxify's claims and supporting physicians, I gave in.

I expected it to hurt, only because I had never done it before. It didn't. I saw results so quickly I was almost startled by them! Literally within 24 hours, the texture of my skin on my forhead was glowing! It was also much smoother.

The next thing I noticed was that I had a very even lift. I've always been nervous about the one eye brow up phenomena that's attributed to neuromodulators; Botox specifically. I already have 'hooded eyes' and was joking with Dr. Peredo about my desire for Bleph surgery if I could endure the Daxxify journey! Crazy thing is that the lift was so remarkable, Bleph surgery is now on the back burner.

Finally, it's now September 8. SEVEN full months (plus) since my Daxxify treatment. I've seen Dr. Peredo several times along the way for other reasons and every time, we both laugh that it's still holding strong!

I always had a double chin, it’s genetics for me. When this first came out I was working with cosmetic dermatologists and thought I have to do it, especially since it’s permanent.
