Answer: Coolsculpting Results and Time of Procedure -- Add Vanquish/Cellutone and/or ThermiRF For Improvement Please post photos of your concerned area to see if its fat and/or fat with skin or just skin laxity or cellulite. All of these are treated differently. Coolsculpting is just for fat reduction and ThermiRF is more for skin tightening. They can be done together. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Difference Between ThermiTight And CoolSculpting CoolSculpting is a non-invasive fat reduction treatment. It has minimal, if any, effect on skin tightening. ThermiTight is a non-surgical treatment that can both reduce fat and tighten the skin. If your issue is mostly loose skin then ThermiTight is a better option. A combination of both treatments can work well in the area of the back of the thighs and I often use this approach. Make sure you see an experienced provider. Best wishes.
