Hello. I had my open rhinoplasty 7 years ago and I want to have a revision rhinoplasty due to nostrils exposure. My nostrils are assymetric (which I know is human) but because my nose is up-turned is more evident. Which procedure would benefit me? I am happy with my profile but the point is bulbous and the nostrils exposed. I've been told not to seek for a revision rhinoplasty as it could be worse, any advice?
