I had revision rhinoplasty (only had hump removed years ago), alar wedge resection, turbinectomy, and septoplasty. I’m very concerned about the front. My columella is now curving & pointing down to my right. Also, he shortened my nose to make it upturned but he said it’s going to drop. Does that mean my nasal tip will not be upturned?
