Thank you for your question. Based on your photos you appear to be a good candidate for full body intense liposuction to improve your body contour and get better curves, especially in your waist area and Dominican Butt lift taking the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection.Kind regards,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-
Thank you for your detailed question and corresponding photos. Based on your photos, you would be an excellent candidate for BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, flanks and possibly thighs with fat transfer to your buttocks would give you nice contouring and you would see a significant change. It would be best to examine you in-person to determine which areas we could harvest the most fat from. I recommend seeing a board-certified plastic surgeon for an in-person consultation to discuss your goals and a treatment plan that is right for you. At our practice, we also provide consults via FaceTime or Skype for patients who live outside of NY. For more information please visit our webpage.
Dear emily714,based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, Am. You are rather thin. In order to answer this question well, I would want to know what your end goal for your buttocks would be. It definitely wouldn’t hurt to gain 15 pounds or so in order to create enough donor fat for your hips and buttocks.
Hi and Happy Holidays. Yes you are a great candidate for a BBL, you do have fat deposits in your body contour from where to harvest fat for transfer to buttocks. Your expectations will vary accordingly to the quantity of fat that can be transfered.Member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS)Member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS)Certified Plastic Surgeon 25 years experienced
You might be able to have a BBL if you have adequate fat deposits. Best to be seen in person.Good luck...
Emily,You are a great candidate for the BBL procedure. Fat can be removed from your abdomen, sides and lower back through 3 or 4 small incisions. The down time is around one week. There are no drains.Good luck in your search and decision.Dr T
Hello and thank you for your question.Based on your pictures and your Body Mass Index established on your height and weight, you do not have enough fat to be transfered to your hips and buttocks. I recommend you to gain more weight for better results on your procedure.Best Regards,Dr. Alder HenaoCertified Colombian Plastic Surgeon
You look like a great candidate for a Brazilian Butt LiftThe common donor sites for this procedure is your posterior waist/flanks, lateral thighs, back, waist, and anterior tummy.A Brazilian butt lift is a safe and effective procedure that combines liposuction of the abdomen hips waist and back and then fat grafting to the gluteal region. This is a safe and effective way to contour the lower body. After a successful Brazilian Butt lift, the fat that remains will stay there for the rest of your life. Like the rest of the tissue in your body this fat will grow and age with you.Choose a board certified plastic surgeon who has done a ton of Brazilian Butt Lifts and has privileges to do this surgery at a local university hospital. This says his credentials have been checked out by fellow Drs. All surgeries carry risk, talk to your plastic surgeon.
Hi, thanks for sharing your concern and photos with us! First I want to congratulate you for making this important decision. Deciding to get an aesthetic procedure to change your body and get a new life style is a big step!Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire abdomen, back and waist liposuction with BBL, this is because you have located fat that can be done with lipo. Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. Also please try to find a board certified plastic surgeon, remember that your safety, always, is going to be first. Have a great day! Dr. JPG
This is an excellent question given all of the recent media coverage of BBL mortailities. In fact, the plastic surgery community was first alerted to the risk of Pulmonary Fat Embolism in a paper published in in 2015. I have been performing this procedure safely for 15 years and the new data...
Thank you for your question. The look your are after can be achieved with liposuction of the flanks and a small amount of fat grafting to the hips to further accenuate the S curve that is created coming down through the waist and over the hips.
