Is there a surgery to get an hourglass shape without a BBL?

To get an hourglass figure like the wish photos you posted, I use the VASER Hi Def Lipo technique. That said, the ideal liposuction candidate has localized fat deposits and quality overlying skin without significant excess skin or skin damage.  Fat can then be removed to strategically sculpt the body and accentuate feminine curves.  The skin then retracts over the new shape to give the final result.You definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety.   A key quality indicator is Board Certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.  Don’t settle for less than a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.

Thank you for your question. The look your are after can be achieved with liposuction of the flanks and a small amount of fat grafting to the hips to further accenuate the S curve that is created coming down through the waist and over the hips. 

Fat transfer isn't always necessary, although it's certainly "hot" right now.  You can totally customize where you want fat placed and your PS will help guide you and listen to your goals.  I tailor every surgery - not everyone gets a massive BBL, and occasionally I'll do hips only, etc.Depending on where you're starting from, lipo is probably a good starting point to consider to help get the hourglass shape going.  Then we take it from there...

Liposuction is able to give nice contour in individuals with good skin tone and normal BMI with only localised fat deposits. If you fit this criteria then a good liposuction procedure done by qualified plastic surgeon will give you a nice silhouette.

Obtaining an hour-glass figure  does not necessarily mean need buttock augmentation. It would require liposuction and possible fat transfer to the hips. But you need to be examined in order to best assess what would be most appropriate for you.
