I am wondering what the best course of treatment would be. Can it be fixed with just lipo, or would an internal bra be necessary? Also, any insight on cost of the procedure is helpful and appreciated. Thanks!

Good morning!
Liposuction alone will undoubtedly make it worse, because it will divide all of the connections of the soft tissue to the sternum, causing the skin to tent/float even worse. This is a difficult situation to correct, and you definitely need an expert. The technique I developed is the Original Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique which reattaches your soft tissues to the sternum (breastbone). It works and it lasts.

Depending on the nature of the tissue, a combination of liposuction and/or direct excision of tissue will help sculpt the sternal region and improve separation. Incision would be located in the inframammary fold.

You still have some separation of the implants? There are special bras that can be used to maintain separation of the breasts. A beaney baby stuffed animal can be placed between the breasts that can maintain the separation. An internal bra would run upwards of 8000 dollars. Smaller diameter implant might be an easier solution. See a board certified ASAPS plastic surgeon in consultation. Good luck and stay safe.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would get good results after surgery.
