What would be a better management for me? Restylane ? Juvederm? I’ve never done any injections ( filler or Botox), and am very nervous. I defin would like to get rid off eye bags and folds. I’d like to have a natural look and not plastic face void of all emotions. Should I start slowly with little volume injections?

Under eye bags and wrinkles can be permanently corrected with surgery or temporarily camouflaged with fillers (Restylane, Belotero, Volbella).There are great non-surgical options to fill in under eye depressions and hollowness. Using dermal fillers, a liquid eye-lift can be performed. A dermal filler such as Restylane would be placed in the cheek and tear trough to hide the depression or bag underneath your eye.
Surgery would require a fat-repositioning lower lid blepharoplasty. In this surgical procedure, fat from the eye area is moved into the tear trough depression filling the actual depression. Nasolabial folds can be improved with fillers or a facelift.

I would have to see you in person but many patients with under eye bags and prominent nasolabial folds can achieve tremendous improvement with fillers.  Make sure to see a physician who does a lot of under eye filler injections as this is an area that can easily have problems if not done by someone very experienced.  Eye surgery may be your best solution but often fillers can postpone the need for surgery, especially if you are not ready for surgery yet.

From the photos it appears that you are a great candidate for lower eyelid surgery to reduce the bags and then fat harvest and injection to fill the creases in the face. You could always try fillers first, but the procedure would work much better and with much better longevity. Be sure to see a facial plastic specialist for consultation.

These fillers (Belotero, Volbella, Restylane Silk) are good for under the eye, but keep in mind, a combination approach will give the most improvement. Fillers, lasers, and Microneedling/PRP can improve under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery. We use PRP and stem cells there often. In regards to under eye fat bags, the ideal long-term treatment that creates more smooth under eye area without becoming hollow or changing eye shape is transsconjuntival lower blepharoplasty with repositioning of the eye fat bags.

Thanks for your question. The choices depend on whether or not you are open to surgery. From an injector standpoint, your best longest lasting result would be a lower lid lift and a facelift, with cheek augmentation to improve on surgical results. If you are not wanting surgery, then Voluma for the cheek augmentation can help your cheeks, followed by restylane to the lower lid. If you need it you can ad Juvederm or vollure to your smile lines. I would recommend doing the is stages to allow for your best natural result.

Consider a consultation with a board certified specialist for tear trough and nasolabial fold augmentation using a hyaluronic acid filler such as restylane, to soften the under eye hollow and to fill the nasolabial lines, and in some cases to improve cheek volume by injecting higher and near the cheek bones. Based on the pictures provided, you have volume loss in your cheeks and under your eyes (Malar fat pad and orbital ridge) Because the skin is darker under your eyes at mid pupillary towards the inner corner, as well as lack of support of the nasal labial folds, is an indication of volume loss. Dermal fillers can restore the volume loss and soften the dark shadows. Restylane under the eyes is a great option and Restylane Defyne or Juvederm Voluma are great for the cheeks.

Based on your photos it appears you may be a better candidate for surgical correction.  You may see some improvement with fillers, but I'm not sure they will achieve the look you desire.  A good place to begin is a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options and their risks/benefits.
