Higher cheekbones for very prominent and low cheekbones?

 A full set of facial photographs are required before making any determination about being a candidate for cheek implants. Most patients who receive cheek implants usually have a flat cheek profile and a flat maxilla. Cheek implants are manufactured in a variety of sizes and shapes, are inserted through an intra-oral approach under a brief general anesthesia. A full examination of the cheeks are required to determine the size and shape for placement.

Thank you for your question.It is difficult to determine exactly what you need without seeing photos of what you are describing.  You may be a candidate for fat grafting to the cheeks, which would help plump them and make them appear higher.  Again, I would suggest contacting a surgeon in your area for an in person evaluation.  Good luck with your decision.
