Higher cheekbones for very prominent and low cheekbones?

Question

I have prominent cheekbones. They really are sticking out of my face, and it was that way since I was a child. The Problem is, that I have low cheekbones And the give me a very weird face shape because they are sticking out of my face too low. Is there a way to make those prominent low cheekbones higher? I heard that some people get cheek augmentation to make cheekbones appear higher and more prominent , but that's not a solutions for me since I already have prominent cheekbones but they are just too low.

Facial sculpting and contouring can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Countour, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. Fat or implants are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Thank you for your question.It is difficult to determine exactly what you need without seeing photos of what you are describing.  You may be a candidate for fat grafting to the cheeks, which would help plump them and make them appear higher.  Again, I would suggest contacting a surgeon in your area for an in person evaluation. It is hard to answer this question without a picture to see exactly what you are describing. There are so many ways to get great results, with fillers or thermismooth, even fat/grafting to the cheeks/face. While cheekbone reduction surgery can narrow their width, it can not raise the level of the cheek bones prominence. You might consider narrowing the zygomatic arches and simultaneously placing an anterior cheek implant to create the higher cheek look as their width is reduced.
