Surgery may elevate white cell count somewhat initially because of the stress, but not eosinophils. Eosinophils elevate often in response to allergies. Low white cell counts are often related to viral infections and sometimes allergies. You might want to see your medical doctor if your counts are way off normal limits. If your counts are slightly off, that just may be your normal count.
Changes in blood cell count profiles have not been scientifically linked to breast augmentation surgery. Your should consult your family doctor if you blood profile is abnormal.
