Are high doses of hyaluronidase more of a danger to the skin when dissolving voluma?

I've been trying to read doctor feedback on this here and the opinions seem divided, some saying take it slow motion others saying it doesn't matter. I have a huge amount of voluma 6 syringes I want removed.

You would need to be examined but the dissolving of filler should not be an issue.  Those injections should be deep as well if the Volume was placed for volume.

For patients injected with Juvederm Voluma, the amount of hyaluronidase is more than might be needed with other fillers. That said, if injected properly and in the right amount and depth by a highly trained and experienced physician (e.g. dermatologist), there really shouldn't be any problem as far as "danger to the skin."

One of the benefits of hyaluronic acid fillers is the ability of your doctor to dissolve all or some of the filler with hyaluronidase in the event that you are unhappy with the treatment.  Hyaluronidase is very effective at dissolving these fillers and does not damage the skin.  The amount of hyaluronidase needed is related to the exact filler used and the quantity of filler that needs to be injected.  As is the case with all cosmetic treatments the key to success is seeing a cosmetic physician who is experienced in the treatment you having.
