Is there any service or computer program that can find or show the best options of hairline for me?

There are different computer imaging programs which can help you see what you might look like with different hairstyles. One example is Dreambit. These are independent tools that are not specifically created for hair transplant clinics and their patients. You can use these programs to generate an image that you can then show your doctor. Different providers may or may not use these programs. Oftentimes, surgeons will use photos of patients when they were younger as a reference. However, you don’t have to be confined to these standards. Donor grafts can be transplanted to create any type of hairline shape, even if you were not born with it. A hairline can also be conceptualized using a skin marker on the individual, or on the photo itself. Furthermore, hair transplant doctors also rely on mathematical facial proportions called the Rule of Thirds to also guide decisions on what would look best for a particular patient.

FUE is a harvesting method and it has no relevance to implantation and hairline design. Hairline design is the artistic part of the surgery.Aside from hairline, the direction, angle, and distribution of the hairs are just as important. Even if there is a software or computer program to help you visualize hairlines, if the hairs are going in the wrong direction with awkward distribution your results will look awful. 

the hairline is always designed according to the face morphology, the age and the patient expectation. It is also related to the hair loss type. To answer to your question, some pictures are required. The best option for your hairline will be defined by the surgeon.

When I do design hairline for my patients important thinks for me are: patient's expectations, his/her age keeping in mind if he gonna loose hairs in the future or not. It is very individual and Your expectation are very important but also You need advice from doctor what.is possible and right in Your case.

There is no computer program that can surpass the abilities of a talented and experienced surgeon, along with your input, to create the best appearing hairline.  Of course the ability to take some cut hair and place it where the hairline could potentially grow can be of assistance.

It is always better to be seen in person to make an evaluation and measurements and then recommend the best hairline design. There are many elements involved and should be explained in detail before the procedure. I have a blog post in my website that explains most of these. 

The best way to see a good hairline design is to ask the doctor to meet some of his patients and it is said "When you see it, you will know". There is no substitute for experience and artistic abilities.
