Is there any service or computer program that can find or show the best options of hairline for me?

There are different computer imaging programs which can help you see what you might look like with different hairstyles. One example is Dreambit. These are independent tools that are not specifically created for hair transplant clinics and their patients. You can use these programs to generate an image that you can then show your doctor. Different providers may or may not use these programs. Oftentimes, surgeons will use photos of patients when they were younger as a reference. However, you don’t have to be confined to these standards. Donor grafts can be transplanted to create any type of hairline shape, even if you were not born with it. A hairline can also be conceptualized using a skin marker on the individual, or on the photo itself. Furthermore, hair transplant doctors also rely on mathematical facial proportions called the Rule of Thirds to also guide decisions on what would look best for a particular patient.

FUE is a harvesting method and it has no relevance to implantation and hairline design. Hairline design is the artistic part of the surgery.Aside from hairline, the direction, angle, and distribution of the hairs are just as important. Even if there is a software or computer program to help you visualize hairlines, if the hairs are going in the wrong direction with awkward distribution your results will look awful. 

There is no computer program that can surpass the abilities of a talented and experienced surgeon, along with your input, to create the best appearing hairline.  Of course the ability to take some cut hair and place it where the hairline could potentially grow can be of assistance.
