Can I combine a FUE hair transplant with a chin implant on the same day or weekend?

It is possible to combine the FUE Hair transplant with a chin implant the same day. No side effects. 

You can have both procedure on the same day but that would involve the coordination between your doctors. 

FUE can be combined with chin implant and many other plastic surgery procedures.  This all depends on if the surgeon can perform both the hair transplant and the other procedure in the same facility or if he performs hair transplants and plastic surgery procedures in 2 different facilities.

As a facial plastic surgeon specializing in hair restoration, I will sometimes combine a facial plastic surgery procedure such as a chin implant or rhinoplasty or submental liposculpting with a hair transplant.  The way these procedures can be combined is that for the first part of the procedure, the hairs are harvested from the back of the head using FUE techniques, then the patient is flipped over onto his back in a supine position, then I can proceed with performing the facial plastic surgery procedure, then depending on how long the surgery is, the recipient sites can be made as soon as an hour or so later then the grafts get planted.  It is not a problem for my anesthetist, nor for me and my team, to combine these so that the patient has one surgery day and one recovery.

Hello, First should be done hair transplantation and after chin augmentation, because while the hair extraction you will need to lie face down, so to reduce the pain of your chin you need to do this operation after hair transplantation. It is better to have at least one day interval before another operation for painless recovery and do not influence to each other. But both procedures is not hard and if you don't have any health issues but have limited time you can have them both in the same day, but in the order I recommended you before

Yes, both surgeries can be performed the same day. Many times in Plastic Surgery we combine hair transplant surgery with another procedure in the face without any problem. I usually perform the donor harvesting with FUExcision technique first then the plastic surgery in the face and the recipient site creation/placing the grafts to finish the hair case. Ask the questions to your surgeon too. Good luck.

It is possible to have hair transplant and chin implant in close time frame to each other. It doesn't matter which procedure is done first.
