Hello,Your deep nasofrontal angle results from 2 factors: prominent supraorbital (above the eyes) bony ridge and deep root of the nose (radix). It is possible to shave down prominent supraorbital ridge through an incision approach that’s hidden within the hair. The amount of bony reduction is limited by the thickness of the bone and proximity of the frontal sinus. Ideally, one don’t want to enter the sinus. However, in certain cases, it is possible to surgically remodel the front (anterior) wall of the sinus to achieve a better reduction. The deep radix can be improved by the augmentation with cartilage graft, implant, etc. These 2 procedures, frontal bone reduction and radix augmentation should provide you with the results you are looking for.
