Chin, cheek and jaw implants not worth it if you have thick skin?

I heard that implants in the face arent really worth it because there wont really be that much of a drastic change if you have naturally thick skin / facial tissue, as opposed to thin, which would make a super drastic change. Is this something that's true and worth considering before deciding to do any sort of implant?

I agreed with your assessment on facial implants.  Chin implants are okay but definitely stay away from the others.  They are complication prone, often need revisions, and just look weird.

A full set of facial photographs from all angles are required to make a determination as to whether or not your are a candidate for cheek and chin implants. The implants themselves are manufactured in a large array of thicknesses, sizes, and shapes. They're designed to augment bony deficiencies in the cheek, maxilla, along with a chin  and the mandible. These implants can be performed under local or general anesthesia as well.
