Fillers vs. PDO threads for higher Asian nose bridge?

We have performed many rhinoplasty surgeries on those who have had previous temporary gel fillers, and we have found this not to be a hindrance for the surgeon. If you are planning on having surgical rhinoplasty in the future then I would suggest having dermal filler such as a hyaluronic acid product used for non surgical rhinoplasty.  I perform a great deal of rhinoplasty surgery and would not want to have to deal with the remnants of PDO threads or the potential scarring or inflammation that could be caused by the threads if I was performing an ethnic rhinoplasty using cartilage grafts in the future.  

With PDO threads it would be possible to lift the tip of the nose but I would be apprehensive about using them to build a bridge. PDO threads could also cause problems during the surgery as you can't simply dissolve them like you can do with filler.
