Between fillers and PDO threads, which is better for building a nose bridge? And more importantly, which one of the two will cause less complications during rhinoplasty? I plan on getting Asian rhinoplasty in 2.5 years but I don't want to do anything that will stop them from operating due to the filler/threads. Also, is it necessary that I tell my surgeon about these procedures if they'll be dissolved by that time?
