Can I get fillers injected to my nose after 5 years old rhinoplasty with goretex implant?

ANSWER:
Implants are considered a relative contraindication to undergoing nonsurgical rhinoplasty with filler. Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of nasal implants or previous rhinoplasty for fear of increased complications including infection and tissue ischemia.
TAKE HOME POINT: consult with a surgeon with experience performing both surgical and nonsurgical rhinoplasty.

There's absolutely no contraindication to having a filler injected into the dorsum of the nose even though you have an implant in place. Make sure you go to a plastic surgeon who respect your prior surgery and uses a clean technique. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City Plastic Surgery
