There's absolutely no contraindication to having a filler injected into the dorsum of the nose even though you have an implant in place. Of the many fillers on the market Restylane is known to maintain form better than other fillers on the market. Juvederm is also recommended but falls short of Restylane's performance. The results will last 12 to 18 months, but repeat treatments can last longer.
