I want to get a rhinoplasty & fillers under my eyes but it is too expensive, so I guess fillers is my option. I want something that is going to last so that I can make my money worth.

Answer: Nonsurgical Rhinoplasty | Dr. Blake Raggio THE TRUTH: If you are really interested in a permanent result, then you have three options: 1) Injectable fillers using permanent material (e.g., silicone) - risky option due to inability to be corrected and lack of reversibility which can be dangerous in the event of post-procedure complications (e.g., blindness or skin necrosis). I WOULD NOT DO THIS. 2) Repeated Injectable fillers using non-permanent material (e.g., HA or CaHA based fillers) - good option, though is temporary (lasts anywhere from 6 -18 months)! Also, you should consider the long-term cost of these fillers. For instance, undergoing an injection with filler (cost about $1,000) every 1-2 years for the next 30 years would require at the very least 15 treatments to maintain a result. 15 treatments at $1,000 each equals $15,000. In addition, you should calculate the cost of time away from work due to appointments for procedures and follow-ups and touch-ups. OVERALL, A GOOD OPTION. BUT NOT PERMANENT AND COSTLY IN THE LONG-RUN. 3) Surgery - Rhinoplasty with or without blepharoplasty, if done well, should give you a long-lasting result. BEST OPTION FOR PERMANENT RESULT. ALSO, MORE COST-EFFECTIVE OVER TIME. Hope this helps, Blake Raggio,

Answer: Under eye filler and non-surgical nose job Thank you for your photo. You do appear to be a good candidate for hylauronic acid filler to the tear troughs (undereye lines) and nose. This will help blend the junction between your lower eyelid and your cheek. This can also make your nose appear more defined with a more straight and striking profile. I recommend Voluma for the nose which lasts in the tissues for up to 2 years. Restylane is best for under the eyes and lasts for 10-12 months. You may need a small touch-up once a year but this is definitely a more affordable option than a surgery. You also have the option of doing the surgery later time. Hope this helps!Johnson C.
