I want to have fillers done as soon as possible, but I also want to remove thread veins on the face using PDL (mainly on and around nose and on chin). In which order should I do them, bearing in mind that I would have to do more than one session of PDL 4-6 weeks apart and I would probably need 2 or 3 sessions. I don't really want to wait 4 months to get filler if I start PDL now, but I also don't want to get bad results/complications or waste money if I get fillers first. Which is the best way to do this?

Difficult to say for sure without an exam but it looks more Tyndall effect - go back to your provider- they will usually work with you to improve these issues
