I had voluma placed into the bridge of my nose by a dermatologist and it is starting to disappear not even 2 months later. I need it to last until at least July 1 since I'm in a wedding. I plan to get it dissolved after and find a rhinoplasty surgeon. Should I get a little bit more where it has started to dissolve already? How can I enhance the length of time for what I do have? frustrating! Please, your advice is so needed!!!

I would highly doubt that you had a hyaluronic acid filler that is lasting six years. Even Voluma doesn't last more than two years. I would try to get your medical records and ascertain what product what is injected into your cheeks. Please consult an expert. Best, Dr. Green
Yes you can dissolve Voluma in one session. Voluma is a fabulous filler but if it was injected improperly you should definitely have it dissolved. Voluma comes by the syringe (not units like Botox) and it takes more Vitrase to dissolve it then other fillers. Best, Dr. Green
