This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry you need maxillofacial surgery or implants customized. I suggest seeing an expert to go through all options. If you simply want to achieve facial balance and a more rejuvenated and refreshed appearance, you may benefit from non-surgical options like facial fillers to enhance your facial contours. In order to get a clear picture of your concern, we must have a full picture:) The cap actually covers nearly a third of your face. What I can see is that you have amazing skin texture and a great brow position. A skilled aesthetic injector can actually measure you to see where you are proportionally "unbalanced". From the pictures it appears that the lower third of your face may benefit from fillers such as Restylane or Juvederm in the lips, chin and jawline. Your cheeks may possibly benefit from some filler medially but I can't tell for sure from the pictures. Best of luck.

If it is bothersome to you Botox and fillers do a nice job of bringing better balance. You can consider treatments such as Hydrafacial to moisturize and revitalize the skin. Morpheus8 treatments work well for tone and texture. We also recommend using medical grade skin care products and wearing sunscreen every day.
