This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry you need maxillofacial surgery or implants customized. I suggest seeing an expert to go through all options. In order to get a clear picture of your concern, we must have a full picture:) The cap actually covers nearly a third of your face. What I can see is that you have amazing skin texture and a great brow position. A skilled aesthetic injector can actually measure you to see where you are proportionally "unbalanced". From the pictures it appears that the lower third of your face may benefit from fillers such as Restylane or Juvederm in the lips, chin and jawline. Seems like you keep asking questions about your facial appearances and aging. If you are only interested in non surgical options then HA fillers to chin, cheeks, marionette lines, and upper lip (about 4-6 syringes approx. $5,000) can be done.
