Would a lower face lift to fix lax skin in the lower face due to a hematoma and then filler?

After reviewing your picture, I would recommend that you consider volume before any other surgery. Because the cheeks can be a "black hole" for fillers (it takes a lot to get a good result), I would recommend you under go fat transfer. Understand that it might take 2 sessions to get where you want to go due to the absorption ("non-take" rate) of autologous fat.
