Any suggestions besides adding filler to my right side of possible. Thank you so much for your help and time!
Answer: Facial Contouring with Injectable Fillers (Radiesse, Voluma, Bellafill), Sculptra, Fat Transfer to Face, Implants, See an Expert Volume and contouring of the cheeks can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Implants or fat are alternatives. Botox and radiofrequency can help slim and contour the jawline. Liposuction can help slim the face. Ultherapy, J Plasma and RF treatments can provide skin tightening and lift. I would recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Treatment Options for Facial Asymmetry I recommend scheduling an in-person assessment with a board-certified dermatologist. While everyone has a degree of asymmetry, if yours is bothering you, there are likely treatment options. You might be a candidate for Botox injections into the masseter muscle on the larger side. This treatment reduces the size of the muscle and slims the lower face at the same time. Another option might be dermal filler injections on the side that needs additional volume. For longer lasting results, facial fat grafting is also a good choice. A personal evaluation will allow for a customized treatment plan that will produce the best possible results for you.

Answer: Facial asymmetry This amount of facial symmetry that your photos show is considered normal and I would suggest doing nothing about it. However, it is possible that difference in left and right face size is bigger than these photos show? That can be confirmed only on the basis of in person evaluation, as well as 3D imaging where two same sides of the face can be stitched together and compared to opposite side set. The plan of treatment should depend on your goals and surgeons skill/experience. Good luck

Answer: Disproportionate lower face options An asymmetric or disproportionate face is often seen in plastic surgery offices. For the lower face, some options to consider to improve symmetry may include relaxing excessively large jaw muscles and/or cheek fat reduction. A lower facelift with skin tissue lifting is typically not required. If you haven't already, then speaking with a facial plastic surgeon can help determine appropriate options. We have a ton of information on these treatments on our practice blog.Best,Dr. Chaboki

Answer: Facial Asymmetry As your picture shows you have a right-sided facial hypoplasia where the entire side of the face is smaller than that of the left. While such facial asymmetries are always a combination of hard and soft tissue deficiencies, the bone is a foundational deficiency and should always be addressed first. A 3D CT scan is needed to both determine the extent of the right cheek and jawline deficiencies as well as to design custom implants to match the left side bone shapes. There are other procedures to consider such as a right browlift and perhaps some fat grafting in the 'trampoline' area between the cheek and the jawline.
