42 years old and now seeing skin sag at jawline. How best to address this now, or wait until a facelift in a few years? (photos)

I had kybella injected into my jowls so my lower face would appear thinner. It's been three weeks and now I have skin sagging at the jowls which wasn't there before. This has aged me and after researching endlessly, I still haven't found the right solution. I'm considering jawline filler, Radio Frequency but have seen some results that make the skin worse, or a lower face lift but I do plan on getting a full facelift within the next five years so I'm. It sure if I should just wait. Any advice?
