How can sagging around my mouth and the bottom half of my face be corrected?

Hello, I've had fillers in my cheeks and jaw area but now I'm noticing around my mouth and bottom half of my face looks like it may be sagging? Also on the second picture you can see skin sticking out where my jaw line is. How can this be corrected? More filler? Or a different option? Thank you in advance

The photographs that you are referring to don't seem to be visible any more. Based on your description, the more likely intervention appropriate for a balanced rejuvenation would be a lower facelift. It seems like a short scar facelift would be suitable because the changes that you describe are moderate.Injectable fillers can also camouflage the appearance of small jowls, but at the expense of making the chin appear fuller.One option to help you decide would be a consultation using 3D imaging and simulation in order to explore the impact of either injectable fillers or surgical rejuvenation.

a lower facelift helps to treat jowls and improves the jawline and neck.
