It has been 3 and a half weeks since I had cartilage and skin removed from my helical rim. There is a small bit at the back of my ear that has healed differently. Creating two bumps or extra skin. I want it to be smooth and round. Do you think this is normal or would require being re-stitched?

It is not clear to me exactly what you would like to change. However, the ear is largely made of springy cartilage which will only reshape with some degree of surgical type procedure. I would advise you to seek the opinion of a suitably qualified and experienced plastic surgeon.
