you know how people have surgery to get their more protruding ears to lay closer to their head.. is it possible to like do the opposite of that? i have relatively normal sized ears in a normal postition but ive always wanted my ears to stick out more .. kinda like a cute monkey lol i dont know why i just like them..

It is not clear to me exactly what you would like to change. However, the ear is largely made of springy cartilage which will only reshape with some degree of surgical type procedure. I would advise you to seek the opinion of a suitably qualified and experienced plastic surgeon.

Thank you for your question. It is actually not necessary to sleep in an evaluated position after an otoplasty. I only recommend my patients to use a head band at night for the first month after the surgery.
