I am not sleeping well at all, as I am a side sleeper. I have been properly elevated since my op day. But I need to sleep. I have bought myself a memory foam travel pillow that goes around the neck. I had an idea of using the hole in the middle to place my ear so I am not laying on it. Am I ok to sleep flat?
