I had otoplasty 6 months ago, and now my ears have weird folding and it looks worse than before i had my otoplasty. My surgeon told me that it'll improve overtime but there's been no changes to the appearance of my ears. What can be done to make my ears look more natural and get rid of the folding?

4 days post-op is still very early in the recovery process. The ears are often compressed against the head from the dressing alone. Give it some time, especially after you are not wearing the headband anymore. Certainly express your concerns to your surgeon as well....
